The Prevention of Adult Caries Study (PACS): A 13-month, prospective, randomised, multi-centered, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial with 983 participants to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Prevora 100 mg/ml Dental Solution in reducing dental caries in at-risk community dwelling adults.

The Adult Xerostomia Study: A 12-month, randomised, multi-centred, double-blinded, parallel-group, placebo & sham controlled clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy of Prevora 100 mg/ml Dental Solution in reducing caries increment in an older adult population suffering from medication-induced xerostomia.


Preventing Poor Oral Health in Older Patients with Multiple Chronic Conditions: The Experience of the Gleam Smile Centre, Hamilton, ON: A 12-month, uncontrolled, open-label study conducted by a registered, independent dental hygienist. The study enrolled 8 refractory patients into the Prevora treatment plan and observed periodontal markers over a 12-month period. At baseline, these patients had extensive chronic oral inflammation and were unresponsive to scale and root planing (SRP) alone.
